Q: Where do you provide service?
A:
Currently we coordinate restaurant delivery to most areas in Chicago, Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties and The Orlando Metro Area.  

 

Q: What is the minimum order size?
A:
The minimum required food order is $15.

 

Q: Can I place a delivery order days or hours in advance?
A:
Yes, you may specify a delivery date and time. For example, if you wanted a lunch delivery for tomorrow at noon, we recommend placing the order today to reserve your desired delivery time. The DeliveryWow.com ordering system allows you to effectively schedule your delivery whether it’s today, tomorrow, or next week.

 

Q: What about drinks and beverages?
A:
A variety of beverages are available to compliment your meal. The selection will be shown during the online ordering process. If placing your order by phone, please ask your customer service agent for available choices.

 

Q: Does Delivery Wow keep a record of my past orders?
A:
Yes, in order to review a past order, login to your account and click on My Account on the upper right hand corner of the page. All of your past orders will be available. You may also call and speak with a customer service agent and they will be happy to review your orders and email a copy if you desire.

 

Q: Can I change my information after I register for an account?
A:
Yes, you can modify your information at any point after registering with Delivery Wow. Login to your account and click on My Account on the upper right hand corner.

 

Q: I am a sales representative or admin and send food to different offices. Do I need to create a new account with Delivery Wow every time I order online?
A:
When you place your first online order an account with your delivery information will be created. When placing future orders you may add additional addresses and delivery information to your account. All addresses will be stored within your account for ease of use in the future. In addition, your credit card information will be securely stored for future use and all orders will be emailed to you for submission to your accounting department.

 

Q: How do self-employed Delivery Drivers get paid?

A:  Your driver works for delivery fees and your gratuities. They make every effort to earn your consideration through professionalism in appearance and demeanor, attention to detail while facilitating your delivery and transporting your food with care.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

 

Q: How long will it take?

A:  The average delivery time is 60 minutes. However, inclimate weather, long food preparation time and peak hours all influence delivery times. When placing your order, you will be quoted an estimated delivery time. We strive to keep you informed of the progress in your delivery.

 

Q: How will my food be transported?

A:  Your order is transported in insulated bags specifically designed to keep food at the required temperature.

 

Q:  What if I want to add to my order?

A:  Adding to an order may delay your delivery time and can be done only if the driver has not left the restaurant yet.

 

Q:  What if I want to remove an item or cancel my order?

A:  Changing or canceling an order must be done within 5 minutes of placing the order. After that, we have to call the restaurant to see whether or not the food is already being prepared.

 

Q:  What are your service hours?

A:  Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner ordering is available 7 days a week. Afternoon snacks are also available.  Please call our office if you would like us to coordinate delivery outside of normal hours. 

 

Q:  Do you sell gift certificates?

A:  We offer gift certificates for delivery in any denomination. We can email, mail or hand deliver them anywhere within our service area.
